20 Sep 23. On August 28th 2011 the body of Harry Nettlefold was found at Beachy Head. An Inquest led by Croner Alan Craze, who admitted being a friend of the chief suspect, stated that cause of death was suicide.
After an extensive analysis of the evidence, Harry’s father Julian Nettlefold, a journalist, found that there was no evidence to support his son’s suicide at Beachy Head, as he wasn’t there that night, he had been murdered in London. He submitted an Appeal to the Inquest in September 2019.
Julian Nettlefold refused to agree suicide.
The Attorney General’s Inquest Office submitted a curt unsigned letter of to Mr Nettlefold in August 2022 refusing the Appeal. The Refusal showed that all new evidence to prove murder had been studiously ignored. The office refuses to take calls or reply to emails.Evidence points to the fact that Harry was murdered in London and his body dumped at Beachy Head Lighthouse faking suicide on August 28th 2011.
Julian Nettlefold said, “It became perfectly clear during my investigation into deaths at Beachy Head that a coverup was going on by the Government. The local MP, Stephen Lloyd came to same conclusion in 2011 and submitted a paper to the government which was ‘lost.’”
This is what was found.
- If a naked body is found at the cliffs it is stored and cremated in 3 months if not claimed or ID.
- If both parents agree suicide there is no Inquest and thus no Post Mortem.
Lack of Knowledge Over Tides
Given the fact that the Attorney general’s Office refused to discuss their refusal to grant an Appeal which had been researched over a 5 year period by Julian Nettlefold, he submitted an FoI Request on various points at issue.
One of the points was whether the Attorney General’s Inquest Office employed Tide specialist to analyse Inquest Appeal evidence relating to deaths at Beachy Head.
In a remarkable turn of events the FoI response was that no experts are employed. An amazing admittance given that 100 people die at Beachy Head every year in a strong tidal area.
“The dangerous assumption made by the government also ingrained into the psyche of the British Publicc that ‘All deaths at Beachy Head are suicide,’ has allowed organised crime to exploit this fact.” Julian Nettlefold said.
Julian Nettlefold employed a Tide Expert, a former Royal Navy officer who had mapped the whole area of Beachy Head for the Royal Navy. He established these facts:
- The Ponzas could not have swum to the lighthouse at 730 on the 27th as it was Low Tide. They swum at 9pm having found the body at Birling Gap at 730.
- The sea state was clam on the 28th so there was no need to transfer the body to the lighthouse. It was placed there deliberately.
- It was High Tide when the RNLI crew arrived at the lighthouse thus they could not have ‘dragged the body up the shingle.’ A High Court made an Order in 2018 that if the RNLI had been involved in criminality then the hidden Incident Reports should be handed over. Perjury by all the crews is a criminal offence.
“Thus, my son did not arrive at Belle Toute Car Park at 704, walk to Lighthouse Point at 714 and jump at 730 where his body was found by the Ponzas, this was all evidence manufactured by Alan Craze and Sussex Police to match finding a body, which was not my son’s at 730. He was making phone calls from Rye Tennis Club which is why Coroner Alan Craze hid the phone evidence.” Julian Nettlefold said. “I have invited the Attorney General to allow my Appeal as the killers have killed since or give a reason why not.
I have also suggested that she carries out a root and branch reform of the manner by which her Department carries out Appeals to Inquest at Beach Head in particular, by using the required experts, not lawyers who don’t have any knowledge of tides and sea states, and the manner it treats Litigants In Person who overturn Inquests by clear proof.”
