SBS TECHNOLOGIES LAUNCHES NEW PRODUCTS AT FARNBOROUGH

9 Jul 02. SBS Technologies will be launching at Farnborough International a number of key embedded products for the military market place:
– ABI-PMC2 – Provides a flexible, full function, one or two channel, dual redundant MIL-STD-1553 interface to a PCI Mezzanine board
– A429-PMC – Provides user with 8 fixed receive and 8 fixed transmit channels of ARINC data over the PMC backplane
– CK3 – A conduction cooled 6U CompactPCI single board computer. The IBM PowerPC(tm) 7410/755 processor is available in frequencies up to 500MHz
– RL4 – A 3U PowerPC(tm) 7400/750 CompactPCI single board computer at 400 to 500MHz. Up to 128MB 100MHz SDRAM with ECC
– CR7 – A 6U Celeron(tm)/Pentium(r)III, low power CompactPCI single board computer at 500 to 850MHz

Present at the show and will be: Frank Willis, VP Business Development and John Vaines, SBS Technologies’ UK country manager. These senior representatives will be able to discuss the benefits of SBS Technologies’ new products, the military market sector and key industry topics including:
– COTS Lifecycle Support Strategy – Planning Today, for Tomorrow’s Support

– 3U CompactPCI, Meeting the demand of avionics applications
