MANAGEMENT ON THE MOVE

27 Apr 04. AerotechTelub is to shed 90 personnel. The reductions effect 50 personnel in Arboga and 30 in Linköping. The move comes following reduced orders from defence and industry customers, while older materiel systems are also being phased out. The reductions will also affect a few employees at other locations
within the company.

27 Apr 04. The Directors of EDO Corporation elected Robert Walmsley to the company’s Board. This brings the number of Board members to twelve, of which eleven are independent directors. He has also been appointed Chairman of the Board of the company’s British subsidiary, EDO (UK) Ltd. Both appointments are effective as of May 1.

28 Apr 04. Northrop Grumman Corporation has appointed Sidney E. Fuchs president of its TASC business unit, effective May 1. He reports to James O’Neill, corporate vice president and president of the company’s Information Technology sector. Fuchs brings to his new role extensive experience in leading organizations that provide leading-edge and innovative technology solutions to the worldwide defense and intelligence communities.

27 Apr 04. U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Colonel Eugene G. Payne, Jr., nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Payne is currently serving as the chief of staff, Marine Corps Reserve Support Command, Kansas City, MO.

27 Apr 04. U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Colonel Robert D. Papak has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Papak is currently serving as the chief of staff, II Marine Expeditionary Force Augmentation Command Element, Camp Lejeune, NC.

26 Apr 04. SI International, Inc. announced that John P. Stenbit has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Stenbit is nationally recognized for his expertise in developing crucial defense information systems, leading Defense Transformation initiatives at the Department of Defense (DoD), and applying systems engineering to solve complex problems at large organizations.
