10 May 2025. In 2014, two years after an Inquest headed by Alan Craze declared that the death of Harry Nettlefold at Beachy Head was suicide, Julian Nettlefold, his father, had a meeting with Sussex Police PCC Katie Bourne and her staff in Lewes, following the introduction of a local councillor who was also present.
Julian Nettlefold discussed the failed Section 41 Child Abuse investigation undertaken by the High Court in 1998, led by Dr Hamish Cameron, after Harry had given a Statement of Abuse against his mother who has a history of violence and a diagnosed Personality Disorder as well as the attempted murder of Harry (D.o.B. 20/03/89) on June 3rd 1989 and November 14th 1990. His wife framed Julian Nettlefold in making a false statement that Julian Nettlefold attacked her on two occasions when he was actually stopping her killing Harry. He was forcibly removed from his home by an OUSTER application to the Court by her lawyers Valerie Godson and Simon Pigott of Collyer-Bristow supported by faked medical evidence from a ‘close’ GP friend, now a high ranking TV personality. Julian Nettlefold proved the existence of the diagnosed personality disorder, hidden from the Court, to a shocked Court in April 1996 led by Judge Wilcox, who expressed even then his concerns for Harry’s safety.
“Why haven’t I seen this Medical Report?” he asked the Beachcroft lawyers.
“Whose looking after Harry?” He said in open Court.
“Only you,” he said pointing at Julian Nettlefold.
He sent the case straight back to the High Court Family Division for a further Hearing which occurred in1998 at the Section 41.
Dr Hamish Cameron regretted his actions in sending Harry back to his mother in a call to Julian Nettlefold in 2020.
Julian Nettlefold also discussed the rape of his son on August 5th 2005 in Kent and his suspicions as to who had perpetrated this vile act on him and other boys that night. That person was interviewed by Sussex Police unlike the host of the sex party and his wife who , for some reason, have never been interviewed. He went on to explain his concerns about what actually occurred that night and his being cut off from his son after he saw his rapist on July 17th 2011. The discussion was around the possibility that the plan was to abduct Harry to Kenya without his father’s knowledge as he had not been present at the sex party held in Kent in August 2005, where several well known and high ranking city and property figures and rich locals were believed to be present– hence the coverup.
At the conclusion of the gruelling three hour meeting PCC Katie Bourne said to Julian Nettlefold, “He wouldn’t want to come back would he?” Julian asked her to repeat that, which she did.
“He’s dead,” Julian replied.
She has refused to this day as has Chief Constable Jo Shiner to explain these remarks which indicate not only that Sussex Police were aware of and were complicit in facilitating the abduction on August 27th 2011 by such acts as turning the ANPR cameras off so the location of the Blue VW Lupo would not be traced to its arrival at 9.04pm (the exhaust tested hot at 9.14 by the BHCT) on August 27th 2011 not 7.04 as claimed by Alan Craze in his response to the Inquest Appeal. Thus it is possible they knew and or attended the August 2005 post-tennis tournament sex orgy.
Julian Nettlefold asked about the ANPR cameras to DI Colin Dowle in the first weeks of the investigations and was told that they had been turned off. When asked how he knew, DI Dowle refused to answer. Sussex Police then commenced a campaign of harassment of Julian Nettlefold and tried to have him Sectioned 5 times using a false and damaging mental health diagnosis from Dr Hamish Cameron. They then deployed armed police at the Inquest having failed to lure him to Beachy Head and at the hospital to stop him ID the body after a Court Order. The body was illegally cremated against his wishes to Alan Craze and without his knowledge on May 24th 2014.
In 2019 Julian Nettlefold had proved beyond all reasonable doubt that his son had ben nowhere near Beachy Head at 7.04pm on August 27th 2011 and that someone else had driven the car and that his son was alive and well, proven by phone records at Rye Tennis Club at 20:32 and 20:45. For reasons best known to themselves the Attorney General’s Inquest Department has refused his Appeal which is based on clear forensic, phone, tide and car records. In spite of numerous emails and calls, they refuse to discuss the matter.
The fact that PCC Katie Bourne made these remarks to Julian Nettlefold in 2014, indicates that Sussex Police were fully aware that the Inquest was fiddled by Alan Craze, who admitted being a friend of Harry’s step-father.
Thus, unless Sussex Police can prove otherwise, they have not only been involved in a failed abduction of Harry Nettlefold which went wrong and he was murdered, but they and HM Corner Alan Craze, his a lawyers and others have grossly misled HM Government and the Attorney General’s Office about the time, place and cause of death of Henry Michael Frederick Nettlefold on August 27th 2011.
Clearly the whole rule of law, the truth, and due diligence has broken down in East Sussex.
