04 May 17. DSEI 2017 Keynote Speaker Announced. The DSEI team is delighted to announce Admiral Sir Philip Jones KCB ADC, First Sea Lord and Chief of Naval Staff, will be delivering two keynote addresses at DSEI 2017. The first on Day Zero, Monday 11 September at the Maritime Capability Conference. The second as the opening keynote in the Naval Zone on Tuesday 12 September on the exhibition floor. Earlybird DSEI Strategic Conferences rates are available until Wednesday 31 May and include entry to the DSEI event. Military / MOD & Press are entitled to complementary admission. The DSEI Strategic Conferences will address the most pressing questions and opportunities in the Air, Land, Maritime, Rotorcraft and Medical domains.
Naval Capability Grows at DSEI
The DSEI 2017 Naval Zone will be the most comprehensive dedicated Naval Zone in DSEI history. In addition to the 1,600 DSEI exhibitors the Zone will incorporate over 50 specialist naval exhibitors and is fully supported by the First Sea Lord and Royal Navy. The Naval Zone is one of DSEI’s greatest strengths with 16 nations represented, twice as many than the 2015 edition. It’s a popular draw for the maritime sector with its unique dockside positioning at ExCeL, London. It provides the DSEI audience with unrivalled networking opportunities, insights from key decision makers and the opportunity to see first-hand the industry’s latest vessels in action with interactive presentations and waterborne demonstrations. DSEI is set to host up to eight warships and a number of rotary assets that operate in the maritime domain.
