DEFENCE VEHICLE DYNAMICS (DVD) 2003 TAKES SHAPE AT MILLBROOK

DVD 2003 will provide exhibitors and visitors alike the ability to view and drive the latest military vehicles and equipment used in the recent conflicts in Bosnia, Afghanistan and the Gulf at a ground-breaking exhibition. The show, held at Millbrook proving ground in Bedfordshire on July 1st and 2nd, offers all involved in vehicle acquisition the opportunity to bring themselves up to date with the latest developments in the military vehicles industry. DVD brings together more than 100 manufacturers and suppliers and senior decision makers in the defence sector including the customers – land, strike and fleet commands. Preview, the DPA in-house journal reports that the theme at this year’s DVD will be Homeland Defence and Expeditionary mobility. Exhibitors include Alvis, Land Rover, MAN, Mercedes-Benz of Germany, Oshkosh and Stewart & Stevenson of the USA, together with their partners for the UK Support Vehicle requirement, LEX, Multidrive, Mayflower, ABRO and King Vehicle Engineering, Leyland Trucks, Rouch, ISTE, Ricardo, SUPACAT, Pinzgauer, Penman Engineering, Frazer Nash, QinetiQ, Mira, Marshalls SV, Hawtal Whiting and motor manufacturers Ford, Mercedes, Honda and Toyota.
