Spaceflux Ltd, a UK-based leader in space domain awareness (SDA) and space intelligence, has won all three major multimillion-pound, multiyear UK government contracts to provide advanced space surveillance and tracking (SST) data across multiple orbital regimes. The UK Space Agency (UKSA) and the UK Ministry of Defence (UKMoD) contracts, awarded under the National Space Operations Centre (NSpOC) framework, secure Spaceflux’s central role in delivering the UK’s orbital intelligence capability. KNDS Deutschland (KNDS) has been subcontracted by ARTEC (OEM of the BOXER system and a joint venture between KNDS Deutschland and Rheinmetall Landsysteme) to supply BOXER RCT 30 wheeled infantry fighting vehicles to the German Army. ARTEC had previously signed a relevant contract with the procurement organization OCCAR (Organisation Conjointe de Coopération en Matière d’Armement). The basis for the procurement was established by the BAAINBw (Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support) and OCCAR. The Bundeswehr is fielding a total of 150 systems under the name “Schakal“. The Dutch armed forces will receive a further 72 BOXER RCT 30. Origin Robotics announced today that the Belgian Ministry of Defense has selected its AI-powered BLAZE interceptor as part of a newly approved 50 m euro national counter-drone package aimed at strengthening Belgium’s ability to detect, track and neutralize hostile unmanned aerial systems. The procurement follows several weeks of escalating drone incursions over airports, military facilities and critical infrastructure. Belgium’s decision comes amid significant pressure to reinforce its airspace security. The country has struggled to respond to repeated air traffic interruptions due to insufficient counter-drone capacity. In recent weeks Belgium had to call in support from Germany and the United Kingdom to compensate for the shortfall. The new short-term package is intended to restore immediate operational resilience while the Ministry of Defense prepares a longer-term investment plan. In addition, Defence Minister Theo Francken has announced a 500 m euro comprehensive anti-drone program for sustained capability development.
19 Nov 25. Rheinmetall has been awarded a contract by the Bundeswehr to modernise its Army Combat Training Centre (Gefechtsübungszentrum Heer, GÜZ) in Saxony-Anhalt. The main objective is to integrate the ‘Digitalisation of Land-based Operations’ (D-LBO) project into the central training facility of the land forces. The contract was booked in October 2025 and is worth around €61m gross. The first services will also be provided in 2025, with the full integration scheduled for early 2028. The project will have a particular focus on integrating the new digital radio system into the combat training centre. Additionally, all data provided via the battle management system will be displayed in the centre’s command and control centre. Hence, the existing radio infrastructure will be upgraded and expanded extensively. Other components of the contract include establishing a new broadband radio infrastructure using 5G technology, and integrating the Tactical Core software from Rheinmetall subsidiary Blackned into the existing communications infrastructure.
17 Nov 25. Skylock to supply multi-layered C-UAS technology to European customer. Israel’s Autonomous Guard subsidiary Skylock, has received a NIS 12 m order from an undisclosed European customer for drone detection and neutralisation systems. 18 Nov 25. Greece Orders a 4th FDI Frigate from Naval Group. On 14 November 2025, Major General Ioannis Bouras, General Director of the Hellenic General Directorate of Defense Investments and Armaments (GDDIA), and Pierre Éric Pommellet, Chairman and CEO of Naval Group, signed the contract for the construction of an additional defence and intervention frigate (FDI) for the Hellenic Navy. This contract covers the acquisition of a fourth FDI frigate and its maintenance, with the extension of additional capabilities across the entire FDI HN fleet. This fourth FDI is a continuation of the FDI HN programme launched in 2022, which provides for the supply of three FDI frigates + one optional, with an ambitious industrial cooperation plan with Greece. Babcock France and Airbus Helicopters have been awarded a 10-year contract to provide in service support to the entire fleet of H145 of the Direction Générale de la Sécurité civile and the Gendarmerie nationale, helping to safeguard communities across France. Awarded by the French Ministry of Armed Forces Directorate of Aeronautical Maintenance (DMAé), the contract covers support to 46 Airbus H145 helicopters which provide search and rescue, air medical transport, and internal security missions, across mainland France and overseas territories. This includes 40 aircraft for Sécurité civile and six new H145 helicopters for the Gendarmerie nationale, which will replace the current Airbus EC145-C2 fleet. The new contract also includes an option for 22 additional helicopters for the Gendarmerie nationale. Babcock will provide support from its maintenance centre in Cannet-des-Maures, and will be responsible for central technical assistance, certain aircraft components, mission equipment, and associated ground support assets.

Helsing Upgrades Eurofighter With Artificial Intelligence Helsing, the leading European defence technology company, and Saab Germany are to equip the Eurofighter with a new Electronic Warfare (EW) system, whereby Helsing will supply the artificial intelligence. The two companies have signed a corresponding contract valued at a three-digit million Euro amount. The contract stipulates that Helsing will deliver its AI-based software, Cirra, for electronic warfare. Over the next three years, Cirra will be integrated into Saab’s Arexis sensor suite on the Eurofighter. The software and hardware from both companies will jointly enable the Eurofighter to conduct combat missions and to destroy enemy air defence systems. This includes scenarios against equivalently resourced modern air forces. The Eurofighter is initially to be enabled as a standalone air capability. In the future it will also enhance the capability of other Luftwaffe combat aircraft through the collaborative sharing of data. Helsing’s Cirra software addresses one of the most pressing issues in the air domain: adaptable and dynamic air defence radars. Cirra utilises deep learning to classify unknown air defence emitters and understand their intentions. The algorithms run directly on the fighter aircraft, enabling real-time threat analysis and intent recognition, even with unknown emitters. 14 Nov 25. MBDA receives new order for CAMM from Sweden. MBDA has signed a contract amendment with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration – FMV (Försvarets MaterielVerk) – to enable follow-on deliveries of the Common Anti-air Modular Missiles (CAMM). This latest contract follows an initial one placed by the FMV in 2023, for use in MBDA’s Sea Ceptor air defence system, which Sweden is integrating onto its domestically made Visby-class corvettes. Sweden is one of a growing number of nations choosing to defend their airspace with MBDA’s CAMM. This latest generation missile delivers a common stockpile for short to medium range air defence in both maritime and land domains. Its soft vertical launch technology creates a minimal launch signature, and provides 360° coverage with a high rate of fire and high performance against multiple simultaneous threats. Operators of CAMM have described its precision as so accurate it can strike targets as small as a tennis ball traveling at twice the speed of sound. This latest contract from Sweden is also a testament to the continuation of MBDA’s proud history of partnership with the country and deepening MBDA’s ties with Swedish industry. RTX – The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Germany of Standard Missile 6 Block I and Standard Missile 2 Block IIIC and related equipment for an estimated cost of $3.5bn. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress. The Government of Germany has requested to buy up to one hundred seventy three (173) Standard Missile 6 (SM-6) Block I missiles and up to five hundred seventy seven (577) Standard Missile 2 Block IIIC missiles, along with the non-MDE inclusion of MK 21 and MK 13 Vertical Launch System (VLS) missile transport, storage and launch canisters into which are installed SM-6 Block I and SM-2 Block IIIC missiles, respectively. The following additional non-MDE items will also be included: MK 21 Mod 3 Vertical Launch System (VLS) canisters; MK 13 Mod 1 VLS canisters; missile and support test equipment component parts; engineering, integration, and test (EI&T) materiel and support required to produce SM-6 Block I and SM-2 Block IIIC missiles; special test and handling equipment; training and training equipment aids; technical publications data; U.S. Government and contractor engineering, technical, and logistics support services; related studies and analysis support; and product life cycle sustainment support. The total estimated cost is $3.5bn. This proposed sale will support the foreign policy goals and national security objectives of the United States by improving the security of a NATO Ally that is a force for political stability and economic progress in Europe. The proposed sale will improve Germany’s capability to meet current and future threats by providing integrated air and missile defense capabilities deployable from their future Aegis Weapon System equipped F127 class surface combatants, bolstering Germany’s capacity to present a credible deterrence to regional strategic competitors. The proposed sale will also improve Germany’s ability to operate alongside U.S. and Allied naval forces in facing a full spectrum of maritime threats. Germany will have no difficulty absorbing these missiles into its armed forces. The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not alter the basic military balance in the region. The Government of Denmark has requested to buy up to three-hundred forty (340) AIM-9X Block II Sidewinder tactical missiles and up to thirty-four (34) AIM-9X Block II tactical guidance units. The following non-MDE items will also be included: training aids; weapon software; training; support equipment; spare and repair parts; publications and technical documentation; transportation; U.S. Government and contractor engineering, technical, and logistics support services; and other related elements of logistics and program support. The total estimated cost is $318.4m. This proposed sale will support the foreign policy goals and national security objectives of the United States by improving the security of a NATO Ally that is a force for political stability and economic progress in Europe. Saab has received two orders from Airbus Defence and Space for the Arexis Electronic Warfare (EW) sensor suite to equip German Eurofighters. The total order value is approximately EUR 549m. The delivery period is 2025-2028. The first order marks the continuation of the contract signed with Airbus Defence and Space in March 2024 for the integration of the Arexis EW sensor suite for the Eurofighter EK (Elektronischer Kampf). The order value is approximately EUR 291m and the order is booked immediately by Saab. The second order includes AI technology by both Saab and its strategic partner Helsing. The Applied Physics Laboratory, University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, was awarded a $474,319,378 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-21-D-6400) to exercise an option for research, development, engineering, and test and evaluation in support of programs throughout the Department of War (DOW) and other government agencies within its core competency areas including: experimental oceanography, acoustic propagation, underwater instrumentation and equipment, marine corrosion, acoustic and related systems, simulations and signal processing, mission-related and public services quick response research, development, and/or engineering. Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be completed by October 2030. Funds of multiple different appropriation types and years from program offices and components throughout the DOW may be obligated on individual task orders for efforts that fall within the core competency areas. 15 Nov 25. BDL – The Indian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has entered into a contract with Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) for the procurement of Invar anti-tank missiles valued at Rs20.9bn ($236.4m). Senior ministry officials and representatives from BDL signed the agreement in the presence of defence secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh at South Block, New Delhi, on 13 November 2025. 19 Nov 25. Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ESLT) (TASE: ESLT) (“Elbit Systems” or the “Company”) announced today that it has been awarded contracts from the Israel Ministry of Defense in an aggregate amount of approximately $210m for the upgrade of Merkava Main Battle Tanks (MBTs). The contracts will be performed over a period of six years. Under these contracts, Elbit Systems will carry out an extensive renewal of the electronic assemblies of the tanks to extend their operational service life, as well as the upgrade and enhancement of multiple onboard systems. Among these are high‑performance, lightweight, AI‑enhanced electro‑optical sights that provide panoramic day‑ and night‑time observation, along with advanced target detection, acquisition, and tracking capabilities. The contracts also include the supply of spare parts and the provision of comprehensive maintenance and support services.

The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to India of Javelin Missile System and related equipment for an estimated cost of $45.7m. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress. The Government of India has requested to buy one hundred (100) FGM-148 Javelin rounds; one (1) Javelin FGM-148 missile, fly-to-buy; and twenty-five (25) Javelin Lightweight Command Launch Units (LwCLU) or Javelin Block 1 Command Launch Units (CLU). The following non-major defense equipment items will also be included: Javelin LwCLU or CLU Basic Skills Trainers; missile simulation rounds; battery coolant unit; interactive electronic technical manual; Javelin operator manuals; lifecycle support; physical security inspection; spare parts; system integration and check out; Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) technical assistance; Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office technical assistance; tool kits; training; Block 1 CLU refurbishment services; and other related elements of logistics and program support. The estimated total cost is $45.7m. This proposed sale will support the foreign policy and national security objectives of the United States by helping to strengthen the U.S.-Indian strategic relationship and to improve the security of a major defense partner which continues to be an important force for political stability, peace, and economic progress in the Indo-Pacific and South Asia regions. RTX/LM – The U.S. State Department has approved the potential sale of Patriot air defense system sustainment and related equipment to Ukraine for an estimated cost of $105m, the Pentagon said on Tuesday. 18 Nov 25. The Kingdom of Morocco has signed a contract with Airbus Helicopters for ten H225M helicopters. The H225Ms will be equipped for combat search and rescue operations and will be operated by the Royal Moroccan Air Force (Forces royales air). They will replace the current Pumas which have been in service for more than 40 years.
20 Nov 25. Dassault – Ukraine has signed a letter of intent to acquire up to 100 Rafale fighter jets from Dassault Aviation as part of major 10-year deal with France. Along with the jets, Ukraine is also in line to get SAMP-T air defence systems, radars, air-to-air missiles, and aerial munitions. This deal represents the largest order ever for the Rafale fighter aircraft, if all deliveries are realised. (Source: Clarion)
14 Nov 25. Saab signed a contract with the Colombian Government and received an order for 17 Gripen E/F fighter aircraft. The order value is EUR 3.1bn and deliveries will take place 2026-2032. The contract includes 15 Gripen E one-seater and two Gripen F two-seater fighter aircraft as well as associated equipment and weapons, training and services. Saab and the Colombian Government have today also signed two offset agreements outlining the framework for various military and social projects. These cover a comprehensive industrial cooperation package that will benefit Colombia in areas including aeronautics, cyber security, health, sustainable energy and water purification technology.

The United States confirmed the sale to Taiwan of an advanced missile system worth almost $700m which has been battle-tested in Ukraine, its second weapons package in a week bringing the total of $1bn, and reaffirmed support for Taipei.
