ITT HIGHLIGHTS NIGHT VISION SOLUTIONS AND COMPANY ACTIVITIES AT AUSA

16 Oct 02. ITT Industries will highlight its innovative night vision solutions and related company news at this year’s Association of the U.S. Army Annual Meeting. Specific initiatives company executives will address include:
* ITT’s recent acquisition of Xybion Electronic Systems, a leader in the design, development, and manufacture of intensified imaging systems, digital and complimentary metal-oxide semiconductor cameras. This acquisition significantly expands ITT’s camera/imaging capabilities.
* The company’s win of the maximum allowable portion of the U.S. Army’s OMNIBUS VI procurement of Gen 3 night vision equipment (100% of the aviation contract and 60% of the one for ground forces). The two contracts are valued at up to $450 million over five years.
* Developments related to Enhanced Night Vision Goggles (ENVG), the next generation, senor-fused solution for the U.S. Army.

LOCKHEED MARTIN HIGHLIGHTS CAPABILITIES TO POWER ARMY TRANSFORMATION AT ASSOCIATION OF THE U. S. ARMY ANNUAL MEETING

18 Oct 02. Lockheed Martin will highlight a variety of products and high-tech capabilities that power U.S. Army transformation initiatives during this year’s Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting October 21-23 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Lockheed Martin products span the breadth of Army transformation, from sensors to command and control to training systems to quick strike weapon systems for early entry forces. The Lockheed Martin exhibits are located in booth 2900 in Hall B and the Outdoor Exhibit area.
