04 Mar 26. Airbus Helicopters, through its subsidiary Survey Copter, has been selected by the European Defence Agency (EDA) for the Multi Mission Unmanned Aircraft System (M2UAS) project. This strategic contract is part of a series of projects lasting 48 months, with a total budget of approximately €1.1m. 26 Feb 26. Fortem announces USD 18m US Army C-UAS base defence contract. Fortem Technologies today announced it has been awarded a three-year, USD18 m contract by the United States Army to provide counter-drone solutions and support services at Army sites worldwide. Under the agreement, Fortem will deliver equipment including the DroneHunter® interceptor, which can autonomously capture intruding drones safely with a net, and field-support services to help protect Army installations and operations. GM Defense LLC, Detroit, Michigan, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for 121 Infantry Squad Vehicles, Anti-lock Brake System/Electronic Stability Control Kits, and vehicle storage covers. The amount of this action is $18,812,579 (with a total cumulative face value of $458,435,865). Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 30, 2027. 03 Mar 26. Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $1,900,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for C-130J Maintenance and Training System (JMATS) IV. This contract provides for the continuation of production, modernization, sustainment, and support, via the Training System Support Center of C-130J Aircrew Training Devices, Maintenance Training Devices, and Maintenance and Aircrew Training System. Work will be performed at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas; Dyess AFB, Texas; Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina; Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii; Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City, North Carolina; Quonset Point Air National Guard, Rhode Island; Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi; Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California; Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas; Ramstein Air Base, Germany; Yokota Air Base, Japan; and Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2039. The JMATS IV contract will be composed of one five-year base ordering period and one five-year option period, with an additional three years for the completion of all deliveries. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,000 per for the initial task order are being obligated at the time of award. 02 Mar 26. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Melbourne, Florida, is awarded a $225,109,424 modification (P00011) to a cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N0001925C0130). This modification exercises options for the design, development, and delivery of all E-130J training weapons systems training materials/courseware, formerly known as E-XX prior to official designation, in support of the Take Charge and Move Out recapitalization program for the Navy. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida (64%); Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (31%); and Melbourne, Florida (5%), and is expected to be completed in March 2027. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $54,904,255 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. 26.Mar 26. BlackSky Technology Inc. (NYSE: BKSY) has secured a seven-figue award under the company’s NGA Luno A Facility Monitoring Delivery Order. The decision to renew funding for the four-year award was prompted by customer satisfaction and the reliable performance of the company’s high-cadence, AI-enabled change detection analytics. Under this delivery order, BlackSky performs AI-enabled object and pattern-of-life change detection to monitor trends and anomalies in vehicle, aircraft, vessel, railcar and ground equipment activity at military and economic facilities worldwide, including ports, airfields, military installations and railways.
05 Mar 26. Galvion receives Batlskin Caiman order for another 29,000 helmets, from the Canadian DND, through NSPA. Galvion, a world leader in innovative head protection systems and power and data management solutions, has received a new order from the Department of National Defence (DND) Canada for its flagship Batlskin Caiman® ballistic helmet systems. This latest order for an additional 29,000 helmets with two (2) helmet covers each, has been placed through the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) framework contract. Galvion was awarded the Canadian Dismounted Infantry Capability Enhancement (DICE) programme contract in February 2023 for 2,100 helmets and 4,200 helmet covers. In July 2024, the DND exercised an option to order an additional 8,400 helmets and 16,800 helmet covers taking the total Canadian DICE order to 10,500 helmets and 21,000 covers, all successfully delivered. In July 2025 Galvion announced a third follow-on order, with delivery planned for early 2026. In total, the DICE contract orders total 15,000 helmets and over 30,000 covers. This latest order, for a further 29,000 this time through NPSA and outside of the original DICE programme contract, takes the total Caiman helmet systems ordered by the Canadian DND to over 44,000 helmets and over 100,000 covers.

Raytheon Co., Andover, Massachusetts, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for new kit hardware and services, including procurement, installation, inspection, logistics support, program management, and support for the Patriot Program under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case AE-B-ZUW for the United Arab Emirates. The amount of this action is $183,682,456 (with a total cumulative face value of $281,146,668). Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Tewksbury Massachusetts, with an estimated completion date of March 3, 2031. Fiscal 2026 FMS funds in the amount of $183,682,456 were obligated at the time of award.
