Jump racing at Chepstow is always a thrilling sight – and a Friday afternoon at this welcoming track is a wonderful way to end your week.
There’s an exciting racecard in prospect, with a set of competitive races full of intriguing puzzles for you to solve while you absorb the atmosphere at this outstanding Chepstow event.
Today’s meeting is a charity day in aid of SSAFA, the armed forces charity. As part of the activities, we are offering all serving and retired military personnel free admission. Tickets & Hospitality
For something a little bit special, upgrade to enjoy a truly delicious three-course meal in our glass-fronted viewing restaurant is an ideal location for your party. Situated on the first floor of the Premier Stand, with your own table for the duration of the race meeting, you can enjoy panoramic views across the racecourse (£10 premier for a window seat).
Raceday Bus
The bus operates from Newport train station with dedicated pick up and return times. The bus is £5 from Newport train station.
The bus also operates from Chepstow train station via Chepstow bus station. The bus is £1 from both stops.
Welsh Concessionary Travel Passes are also accepted.
If customers keep their single tickets they can then use the return for free.
Bus Times
The Newport train station bus leaves Newport at 09:45 and then returns at 16:25 (return is via Chepstow train station).
The Chepstow train station bus leaves at 10:40, 11:05 and 11:30. Then returns via the bus station at 15:10, 15:35 and 16:00.

Children 17 and under go free to the races when accompanied by an adult (some exclusions apply for Festival fixtures and Live After Racing events). You’ll need to select a child ticket when making your booking.

What to come along on the day of racing but haven’t got your ticket yet? No problem! Online ticket sales remain open on the day of racing (unless sold out), so you can also book your tickets quickly and easily online and they’ll be sent straight to your inbox to redeem on the gate.
