18 Sep 21. Incredible Turn Out for Battle Proms 2021. (Plus Get Your 2022 Tickets Now!). 2021 marked SSAFA’s fourth year in partnership with the Battle Proms Concerts, where crowds were treated to orchestral classics, exhilarating displays from the Red Devils, and performances from the Napoleonic Cavalry, all ending in a magnificent musical firework finale. Thanks to the generosity of the audiences and our wonderful team of volunteers throughout the series, we managed to raise an incredible £45,877.96. In addition to the funds raised, the partnership helped us to raise awareness of our work. Early bird tickets for 2022 are on sale on the Battle Proms website, so snap them up to get the best seats in the house!

SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, has been providing lifelong support to our Forces and their families since 1885. In 2020, our teams of volunteers and employees helped more than 79,000 people in need, the currently serving (both regulars and reserves), veterans from the Second World War and those who have served in more recent conflicts, as well as their families. SSAFA understands that behind every uniform is a person. And we are here for that person – any time they need us, in any way they need us, for as long as they need us.
