Graeme is a senior, seasoned executive who is widely acknowledged as having made significant contributions to the profitability of organisations through consistent delivery of high value sales, supported by well orchestrated marketing initiatives. Graeme now joins Automative Technik from ABRO (Army Base Repair Organisations), where he was Sales and Marketing Director. Here, he led his team through substantial business and cultural change, and motivated the sales team in achieving growth in the sales book from zero to £84m, and non-MoD sales from £4m to £22m.
