30 Oct 08. The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has signed a contract for three AgustaWestland AW139 medium twin engine helicopters plus options for several additional aircraft. These helicopters will be used to perform search and rescue, coastal patrol and law enforcement duties around Malaysia’s extensive coast line.

QinetiQ North America’s Mission Solutions Group has announced that its Security and Intelligence Services Business Unit has been awarded a five-year time and materials contract with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to provide Security Management and Support Services to the Bureau’s Engineering Research Facility at Quantico, Virginia. The contract has a maximum value of $3.7m.
