EXHIBITIONS AND CONFERENCES

March 30, 2006 by

26 Mar 06. Helitech is spreading its wings into continental Europe. Exhibition Director Sue Bradshaw says she has found the perfect airfield site for an exhibition and conference, just five miles from the centre of Madrid, Spain, and has finalised arrangements to establish a new show there in October 2006.

23 Mar 06. IDTechEx launch RFID Smart Labels Europe 2006, co-located with the Active RFID Summit Europe. This seventh annual RFID event is Europe’s most established and important RFID show. Located in the Guoman Tower hotel in London, September 19-20, the event will be co-located with the Active RFID Summit Europe, bringing you the world of RFID and beyond in one location. There will be tours to local companies, extensive analysis from users and new innovations and technology developments from around the world. Hear and meet the companies driving RFID adoption. Examples of previous speakers include Tesco, Wal-Mart, Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, NHS, Rexam, Crown, Tyson Foods and many more. We uniquely cover the global picture – from government officials from China, Korea and Japan as a few examples, to cutting edge technology developments. Importantly, we also see that profitable companies in RFID are not only the ones chasing the biggest markets – large “niche” markets exist which are often undersupplied. We show you these opportunities and what is needed. IDTechEx consultants use their knowledge of the industry to tie it all together for you – from chipless tags to tags combined with WiFi and bring you key adopters to meet and learn from. See www.smartlabelsEUROPE.com for details or email . September 19-20, London, 2006
