22 Mar 11. Protected Mobility Display & Sustainment Conference (PMDSC). Millbrook Events are delighted to announce the launch of a new focused event over the 2 days of 22nd and 23rd June 2011 to support industry operating in the protected mobility and associated defence arena. With the ever-changing dynamics of this critical sector, Millbrook is enabling through this event, industry and the UK MoD to interact within the confines of a proven test and development facility. The purpose of PMDSC is to allow live vehicle and system demonstrations in appropriate environments and enabling stakeholders to partake in meaningful discussions over the two days.
The event consists of two key components:
*An exhibition which will have both indoor and outdoor display areas suitable for the display of protected mobility Vehicles, Systems and Support Services. The vehicles will have access to the full suite of tracks that Millbrook Proving Ground offers to ensure that appropriate demonstrations can be undertaken.
*DE&S will hold a series of briefings under the Sustainment Conference mantle. These will run during the course of both days at fixed intervals, more details of which will become available in the near future.
Attendees to the briefings will come from those members of industry who have a presence at the PMDSC as well as key MoD stakeholders from all sides. Millbrook Events are delighted that both DE&S and ADS are supporting this initiative. Attendance to PMDSC is by invitation only and there is a limited amount of exhibition space available, to ensure the event remains focused. We have attached a list of companies who are invited to attend this private show.
BATTLESPACE will be supporting the event with our annual Vehicle Special Issue.
