Registration Procedure
To register for the conference, you are invited to complete the attached conference registration form (page 7 of the attachment) and to return it to us by email or fax. After receipt of your completed registration form and the relevant payment, COGES, the organizers of Eurosatory, will issue and email you the UAS 2010 electronic ticket, which will permit you to withdraw your UAS 2010 Delegate Badge at the UVS Forum Registration Counters at the entrances to the Eurosatory exhibition (www.eurosatory.com). The UAS 2010 Delegate Badge is programmed to let you enter the conference on the days that you have signed up for, and it will grant you free access to the Eurosatory & the UVS Forum on all 5 days of the exhibition. The UVS Forum Registration Counters are reserved for delegates to the UAS 2010 conference and workshops, and they will permit conference delegates to enter rapidly, without queuing along with the many other Eurosatory visitors.
