The Exhibition
The Exhibition will be open to manufacturers of infantry systems, night vision equipment and will be located next to the ‘Stickledown’ rifle range, the ‘Melville’ pistol range and the ‘Short Siberia’ range as a secure facility. The conference and inside exhibition area will be located at the Lord Roberts Centre which is located a short distance from the rifle range. Section 5 weapons stores are available. Bisley can arrange for licences to be provided for visitors to shoot, under certain circumstances and rules. The Short Siberia Range is available for displays of sensitive equipment. The Exhibitions area will open for visitors at 1000 hrs on November 10th
The Conference
A Conference divided into two half days, starting on the afternoon of November 10th at 1230 hrs for Registration and lunch and continuing on the morning of November 11th, managed by the DMA with the support of BATTLESPACE, will discuss the current night vision requirements on the ground and the technology available from Industry.

Conference costs: DMA Member/Government rate: £285.00
Non-Member visitor rate: £350.00
Visitors
We are inviting key figures in the night vision industry consisting of:
a) Members of ABACA the Joint Night Vision Committee consisting of members of the US, UK, Australian and Canadian Armed Forces dealing in development of Night Vision systems.
b) The UK MoD FIST IPT dealing with the development of the FIST infantry systems for the British soldier.
c) International Armed Forces members dealing with night vision and infantry systems.
d) Key defence industry figures selling and developing night vision and infantry systems.
e) Police and Homeland Security specialists from the Home Office and Police.
f) Police and Homeland Security industry figures selling and developing night vision systems.
g) International Companies dealing in weapon systems, ammunition, ballistics, vehicles and night vision systems.
h) There is a Multi-National Inward Mission funded by industry and the UKTI DSO in the U.K. during the proposed dates. They will be invited to attend the Conference and Exhibition as a matter of course. UKTI is supporting the event and will have a Stand on site.
The Exhibition will allow Exhibitors to demonstrate systems in day and night configuration on the ranges, which will open on the morning of November 10th. Please ensure that you book your range slots with Bisley well in advance of the Exhibition and inform them of the type of weapon and calibre. The Exhibition will open on the morning of November 10th at 1000 hrs and close after the finale on the evening of November 11th. There will be a Gala Dinner on November 11th
Build up day for Exhibitors is November 9th and breakdown November 12th.
The Exhibition of night firing, driving and night vision systems will be by ‘Invitation Only’ and thus the Exhibition will close to visitors at 1600 hrs on both days. The National Shooting Centre will be responsible for security and the allocation of arms and equipment to the Section 5 armouries. The DMA
The DMA will handle all aspects of logistics for the Exhibition, including invoicing and registration. Once the exhibition opens, no private cars will be allowed up to the external exhibition site. Buses and minibuses will be available to transfe
