At Farnborough 2008 this week, Tangent Link in association with BD Aerospace announced that they have launched Aerial Fire Fighting 2008, a new event aimed specifically at government organisations and others around the world with responsibility for fighting major fire outbreaks. The event takes place in Athens on 21st -22nd October 2008 and will be the first major event of its kind to showcase how civilian and military fixed and rotary aircraft, using highly innovative aerial fire fighting technologies and techniques, can work with fire fighting units on the ground to suppress and extinguish these fires safely and successfully. Aerial Fire Fighting 2008 will include live aerial demonstrations and a display of both fixed and rotary-winged aircraft.
14 Jul 08. At Farnborough 2008 this week, Tangent Link will be hosting an exciting new helicopter event in Malaysia during November 2009. It will be known as HeliSphere and it will be the first of a biannual series of events aimed specifically at providing a strategic marketing opportunity for companies interested in winning business in this important market sector. This first event is set to attract industry leaders and users in the Asia Pacific region and will build upon Tangent Links previous experience and its successful portfolio of events in the area.
