RICHARD A. “ANDY” HOVE
Executive Vice President and President, Defense
Oshkosh Corporation
Andy Hove is the executive vice president and president of Defense for Oshkosh Corporation. He has responsibility for all aspects of the company’s defense business, including advanced technology development, vehicles production programs and aftermarket parts and service. Hove joined the company in March 2009.
Hove has been involved with military and defense industry management for more than 20 years. He is a former army officer who served in tank and mechanized infantry units for most of his 11-year military career. Prior to joining Oshkosh Corporation, Hove served as vice president of Combat Systems Programs at BAE Systems where he was responsible for a portfolio of domestic and international ground combat vehicle programs. He has held a broad range of positions in industry including program management, operations management and business development with assignments in the United States, Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
Hove also serves on the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) National board of directors and is a member of the Ethics Committee.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University, a master’s degree in national security affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School, a master’s degree in business management from the University of Michigan and a certification in defense program management from the Defense Acquisition University.

Earl R. Lewis. Mr. Lewis is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLIR Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of thermal imaging and broadcast camera systems for a wide variety of applications in the commercial and government markets. Prior to joining FLIR in 2000, Mr. Lewis was President and Chief Executive Officer of Thermo Instruments Systems, Inc. Mr. Lewis is a member of the Board of Directors of Harvard Bioscience, Inc., SeaHorse Bioscience Inc., NxStage Medical Inc., LabTech Holdings, Inc., and American DG Energy Inc., and a trustee of Clarkson University and New Hampton School. Mr. Lewis holds a B.S. from Clarkson University and has attended post-graduate programs at the University of Buffalo, Northeastern University and Harvard University. Mr. Lewis has a professional Director Certification, earned through an extended series of director education programs sponsored by the Corporate Directors Group, an accredited organization of RiskMetrics ISS.
