22 Jun 10. Civil List: Report of the Royal Trustees. The Report of the Royal Trustees was published by HM Treasury on 22 Jun 10, to coincide with the ‘Emergency’ Budget. HM The Queen’s Civil List is funding provided by Parliament to enable The Queen to discharge her duties as Head of State and to meet the running expenses of her official Household.
Comment: The Royal Trustees are required, by the 1972 Civil List Act, to produce a report once every ten years. The present Report is published as HC 140 for £19:75 and covers the financial years from 2001/02 to 2010/11.
